2. BODY POSTURE ANALYSIS
Body posture analysis is a key factor when selecting excercise that you need, as well as creating a good training plan for you. The analysis identifies disbalances, limitations and asymmetries in your posture which can have negative impact on your health, fitness achievements and everyday life.
Vast majority of people nowadays have some postural disbalances and movement dysfunctions. However, we tend to look for help only when the pain is present and starts impairing our life - i.e. when the damage has already been done.

All of us are very similar, but at the same time, very different and unique. We don’t have the same goals and limits. Keeping that in mind, a stretch or an exercise that’s beneficial for one person can be counterproductive, or even dangerous for the other.
